The final race of this year's Danehy Park 5k series was held on Sept. 12th, 2004 on a beautiful, sunny day. The course was recently re-measured thanks to Justin Kuo and will soon be certified. The race was judged by Heidi Duskey, Joanne Harriman, and Bill Harriman, and judging paddles were used for the first time at Danehy. The idea was to more closely simulate a real judged race, and there were two would-have-been dq's.
